Our 12-Month Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All Watch Additions accessories are covered by a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects that arise during normal use. If a product fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials within the first year, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What Is Covered
- Hardware Failure: Broken buckles, clasps, snap buttons, or keepers.
- Structural Stitching: Unraveling or broken stitching that affects the integrity of the product.
- Material Defects: Premature peeling or delamination of leather or linings not caused by wear and tear.
What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
Our warranty is designed to protect you against mistakes made during manufacturing, not the natural life cycle of an accessory. This warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, scuffs, or the natural “patina” (darkening/softening) of leather over time.
- Accidental Damage: Stains, burns, water damage, or damage caused by pets.
- Misuse: Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or using the product for something other than its intended purpose.
- The Watch: Our warranty applies strictly to the accessory purchased from us. Watch Additions is not liable for any damage to timepieces or other personal items used in conjunction with our products.
How to Make a Claim
We want to make the process as seamless as possible. To start a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Choose Your Method:
Via Contact Form: Visit our Contact Page. Please select “Warranty” as your reason for inquiry and ensure you include your Order Number in the message.
Via Email: Send a message to support[@]watchadditions.com. Please include your Order Number and the phrase “Warranty Claim” in the subject line. - Provide Photos: Attach 2–3 clear photos showing the defect. This helps our team understand the issue and improve our future production.
- Resolution: Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide instructions for your repair or replacement.
